These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between GTMomentum Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") and any individual or entity ("you" or "User") accessing or using our website tsre.biz, any associated content or community platforms (including Skool), and any programs, products, or services we deliver (collectively, the "Website" or "Platform").
By using our Website or purchasing any of our offerings, including The Sales Rep's Engine™ (TSRE), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or terms posted on the Website. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or services.
Individual program agreements that are separately negotiated and fully executed by both parties shall govern as of the date of last signature, and, in the event of any conflict, supersede these Terms of Use.
The AI practice partner is operated as a separate system from the core TSRE program. Its data models, AI processes, and decision logic are managed under distinct controls and governance standards to support integrity, confidentiality, and system independence.
We provide education and coaching services, including access to The Sales Rep's Engine™ (TSRE), a structured program designed to help individuals break into and level up in business-to-business technology sales. Services may include:
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue services at our discretion. We do not guarantee that the services are appropriate or effective for your specific situation.
Participation is by application. Program fees and the payment arrangement that applies to you are confirmed during enrolment, and may include a one-time payment or an installment plan, with corporate reimbursement available in some cases. Where a third-party payment processor is used, your purchase is also subject to that provider's separate terms and conditions.
Fees depend on the offer and your situation. Any agreed payment terms will be confirmed in your enrolment materials.
All payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly required by law (for example, Ontario's Consumer Protection Act). If you choose to terminate participation after services have commenced, you are not entitled to a refund. You are responsible for completing your payment plan in full.
If an installment is not received within 3 calendar days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend access to coaching, tools, or the curriculum, and/or terminate your participation in the program without further notice.
Unless otherwise stated, TSRE access includes a defined number of weeks of live group coaching and, where stated for your cohort, lifetime access to the curriculum library and alumni community. You are responsible for using the live elements within the cohort timeframe. Any access duration is as stated in writing at enrolment.
All materials, tools, frameworks, the AI practice partner, and curriculum content provided by GTMomentum Inc. are the intellectual property of GTMomentum Inc. and are protected under Canadian and international law.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal, individual learning only. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, or publicly use any materials, or use them to build or train a competing product or program, without prior written permission. Upon termination of this agreement, you must cease using and delete all GTMomentum-owned materials except where lifetime access is expressly granted.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of the program. This obligation extends for two (2) years beyond program completion. Breach of confidentiality or intellectual-property obligations may result in legal action and injunctive relief.
TSRE is an educational and coaching program. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to employment, promotions, income, client acquisition, or career growth. You acknowledge that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law: GTMomentum Inc.'s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the program; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, income, data, or productivity. These limitations do not apply to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms.
You must be 18 years or older to use this Website or enrol in our programs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials (including for the Skool community) and for any activity occurring under your account.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may assign this agreement at our discretion. You may not assign any rights or obligations without written permission.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced or linked, form the entire agreement between you and GTMomentum Inc.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full force.
You agree that no partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship exists between you and GTMomentum Inc.
