Privacy Policy

Effective June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Sales Rep's Engine™ ("TSRE", "we", "us"), a program operated by GTMomentum Inc. in Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

By accessing this website or using our services, you also agree to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated into this Policy by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Use regarding the handling of personal information, this Policy governs.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an application or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number;
  • Your current role or career stage, and what you want from the program;
  • Whether you have previously participated in certain other sales-training, coaching, or recruiting programs (a yes/no screening question);
  • Any other details you include in your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the analytics we use may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, approximate location, browser type, device, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and how long you spend on a page. To recognize returning visits, we store a random first-party identifier in your browser, as a first-party cookie and in local storage; it is not shared with anyone. If you follow a personalized link we sent you, it sets that first-party identifier so we can recognize your visits and associate them with you for our own follow-up. It is first-party, is never sold, and is not used for advertising. This helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

  • Review your application and decide whether the program is a fit;
  • Contact you about your application and the program, including by email and text message (SMS);
  • Provide, operate, and improve the program and this website;
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and on our legitimate business interest in responding to your inquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 6).

3. Service providers and international storage

We use trusted third-party providers to run the website and handle form submissions, email, and automation. These include Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, content delivery, and bot protection), Zapier, Inc. (which routes application-form submissions to us), HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel — customer-relationship management, email and SMS text messaging, automated workflows, scheduling, and hosting of certain forms and pages), Slack Technologies, LLC (internal notifications of website activity: page viewed, referrer, approximate location, and time on page), and the analytics providers named in Section 8. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. Some of them, and the servers they use, may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that is the case, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by their courts and authorities.

4. We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, with your consent, or where we are required or permitted to do so by law.

5. Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you;
  • Ask us to delete your personal information.

To make a request, email Email us. We will respond within the timeframes required by PIPEDA.

7. Security and spam protection

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may run silently in the background and collect limited device and usage signals to confirm you are a human rather than a bot. Your use of forms on this site that are protected by Turnstile is also governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser localStorage) in two categories. Strictly necessary items are needed for the site to function and stay secure (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile). Optional analytics load only after you click Accept on our cookie banner; if you click Decline, they are not loaded.

Separately, we run our own first-party, privacy-light analytics (the page you view, the referring site, your approximate location, and time on page, plus a random local-storage identifier to recognize returning visits) to operate, secure, and improve the site. This is first-party only, is never sold or used for advertising, and runs without a cookie.

When you consent, we use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States), which sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser, and the pages and actions you take, to measure traffic.
  • PostHog (PostHog, Inc., United States), routed through our own subdomain (g.tsre.biz), which uses cookies and localStorage to record product and behavioral events (for example, clicking Apply, submitting an application, or completing the quiz), may capture how you interact with pages, and processes your IP address.

Your consent choice is stored on your device. You can change it at any time by clearing this site's cookies and localStorage (which brings the banner back) or by blocking cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work if you do.

We also load the "Radio Canada Big" webfont from Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States). Serving the font involves a request to Google that may expose your IP address to Google for that purpose.

9. Video and share links

Some pages embed video hosted at vid-host.pages.dev, which we operate. If you arrive from a personalized share link (a URL containing ?vh_share=...), we store a first-party cookie named vh_share (valid for up to one year) and a matching value in your browser's local storage. While that identifier is present, we associate your video activity (play events, watch duration, and watch percentage) and limited technical data (a one-way hashed IP address that is never stored in raw form, your browser user-agent, and the page URL and title) with that share link. This is used internally to understand which shares drive engagement. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. To opt out, clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

10. Children

This site and program are intended for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us a mobile phone number, we may send you transactional and service text messages (SMS) about your application and participation — for example, application follow-ups, appointment reminders and confirmations, and account or service notices. We send these messages through GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) using A2P 10DLC messaging.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in (consent) data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
